Our portfolio design seeks to deliver Alpha vs. the NASDAQ Market Index or The US Technology 
Sector Index (IYW). The dynamic management of this portfolio takes advantage of the markets' 
Beta (volatility) via Options Overlays with a very limited and well defined risk. 
The Options Overlays employed are but not limited to Covered Calls or Puts on short durations 
(60-90-120-180 days). In a well pronounced volatility environment (VIX* level above 20), Calls and 
Puts spread strategy may be employed aligned with the actual holdings. The Overlay Strategy 
also aims to protect the principal from major market corrections and preserve gains from violent 
drops.

inverse in correlation with market indices like the NASDQ, S&P 500 and the Dow Jones
